At the end of the day, my trio saves the day.

Not really. I wish my trio can be that heroic. But what it is that at the end of the day, Ivan saved my ass (thanks!!). I woke up at 8 to write a paper on Hunt’s “The Lady of Shalott”, only to realize that I needed more time than estimated, so I had to ask Ivan to print it on campus and hand it in for me as I sprinted out the door late for work trying to grab a cab but the cab drivers said sorry my shift is over try someone else.

I really thank God that the bus rarely comes had came, and so I wasn’t too late for work. After teaching people who – at the age of late puberty – still get confused as to where middle C is on the piano, I got to school at about 8pm, worked on my part of the trio music, and got together with my trio and rehearsed until 11:30pm.

Andrew our handsome cellist was teaching us some swear words in Italian, and they sound very cute actually. While Luri and lovely violinst had explained to us what the Korean word she always says during rehearsal meant – of course, same swear word. So that left me out, and I had to contribute to the trio dictionary of swear words in Chinese – just for the knowledge of it, and we all had a good laugh. Man, I’ll really miss these guys – who’s gonna teach me swear words in Italian and Korean next year when we go to seperate schools? =(

I had a great time rehearsing tonight. I will really, really miss these guys next year.

p.s. mom, it’s so good to have you back!!!!!
